The series is about a transsexual hitwoman-for-hire named Mia. A woman born in a male body. She performs her job impeccably, which pleases her boss, a major crime lord who trained Mia in the trade and runs a Chinese restaurant as a front. Suddenly she receives a letter from a former girlfriend dying of cancer who asks her to become the father of her 11-year-old son.
